Bungee Jumping
- Choose a certified and experienced operator
- Ensure double harness system (ankle + body backup)
- Check cord condition and proper weight calibration
- Avoid if you have heart issues, high blood pressure, or injuries
- Follow jump posture and instructor guidance carefully
- Do not jump under alcohol or medication influence
- Wear secure clothing and properly fitted shoes
River Rafting
- Always wear a helmet and life jacket (PFD)
- Follow guide instructions at all times
- Learn basic commands (forward paddle, high side, get down)
- Never stand in fast-moving water (foot entrapment risk)
- Hold paddle correctly with T-grip
- Choose rafting grade based on experience level
- Avoid rafting in extreme weather or high water conditions
Paragliding
- Fly only with licensed pilots and operators
- Check harness locks and canopy condition before takeoff
- Avoid flying in strong winds or bad weather
- Follow takeoff instructions (run properly, don’t sit early)
- Wear helmet and proper footwear
- Do not carry loose items during flight
- Avoid if prone to panic or severe motion sickness
Zip Lining
- Ensure harness is properly secured and locked
- Double-check carabiners and pulley system
- Maintain correct body posture (lean back, legs slightly up)
- Do not touch the cable while moving
- Keep safe distance from other riders
- Follow landing instructions carefully
- Use gloves if provided
Hot Air Balloon
- Choose licensed and experienced operators
- Fly only in safe weather conditions
- Attend and follow pre-flight safety briefing
- During landing, bend knees and hold safety ropes
- Stay inside the basket at all times
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes
- Do not touch burner or flight equipment
