Hey! We're hiring a video editor to turn raw adventure footage into reels people book from.

What we're building

bucketlistt.com is a curated marketplace for travel and adventure experiences, starting from Rishikesh and expanding city by city. Alongside it we run OkGhumo, the operating system adventure operators use to run their business. Think of what Zomato and Petpooja did for the food industry, or what BookMyShow did for movies, built ground up for adventure experiences in India.

Why this role, why now

Someone watching a 15-second rafting reel decides in the first 3 seconds whether to keep watching, and in the last 3 whether to book. Short video is how most of our customers discover us.

Live in 3 cities, with more than Rs. 20 crores of bookings managed in the last 9 months by a very lean team

Who we're looking for

Not an a**hole. Arrogance is a deal breaker
Obsessed with the problem, not the title
A doer first. You'll shoot on a phone or GoPro when needed, not just edit what you're handed
Curious enough to study why one reel hit and another flopped
Comfortable with uncertainty. We're 0 to 1 and things change weekly
Fits our values: Stupid (ask the obvious questions), Curious, Childish (have fun doing it)

What you'll do

Edit 4 to 6 short-form videos a week for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and ads, with strong hooks
Join shoots at activity sites and new destinations
Cut ad variations for testing with the marketing team, and learn from what performs
Build a library of reusable footage, templates, captions and sound

Requirements

Reels you edited that performed, with the numbers to show OR
Your own page or channel you grew with your edits AND
1 to 3 years of experience
Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut
Comfort with outdoor shoots, early mornings and travel

This role is not for you if

You need a week per reel
You only edit and never want to step out for a shoot
You copy trends without understanding why they work
