Hey! We're hiring someone to take OkGhumo to every adventure operator, hotel and cafe in our cities.

What we're building

bucketlistt.com is a curated marketplace for travel and adventure experiences, starting from Rishikesh and expanding city by city. Alongside it we run OkGhumo, the operating system adventure operators use to run their business: bookings, slots, tickets, payments and agents in one place. Think of what Zomato and Petpooja did for the food industry, or what BookMyShow did for movies, built ground up for adventure experiences in India.

Why this role, why now

Every operator on OkGhumo becomes live inventory on bucketlistt.com, and every hotel or cafe using it becomes a booking point. This role builds the supply side of our flywheel.

Live in 3 cities, with more than Rs. 20 crores of bookings managed in the last 9 months by a very lean team

Not an a**hole. Arrogance is a deal breaker
Obsessed with the problem, not the title
A doer first. You'll be on the phone and on the ground, not behind a desk
Curious enough to learn how a rafting camp or bungee site actually runs its day
Comfortable with uncertainty. We're 0 to 1 and things change weekly
Fits our values: Stupid (ask the obvious questions), Curious, Childish (have fun doing it)

What you'll do

Manage client calls and product demos with adventure operators, hotels, cafes, hostels and travel desks, and get them using OkGhumo
Travel to client sites to implement OkGhumo on the ground
Run on-ground demos, close deals and onboard operators end to end
Train operator staff so their listings stay live on bucketlistt.com
Put up posters and run on-ground activations in Rishikesh and every new city
Track usage, renewals and churn, and fix issues before an operator drops off
Feed product requests from the field back to our tech team

Requirements

2 to 5 years in field or B2B sales to small business owners OR
You already know the adventure or hospitality operator community well AND
Fluent Hindi and confident English
Comfortable with cold calls, in-person selling and negotiation
A CRM habit: every lead, call and follow-up logged
Willing to travel often
